1. Don't forget your passport or ID - and make sure your passport isn't expired!
2. Arrive at the airport on time and with plenty of time to spare - never know how long the security line is.
3. Write down the space # of where your car is parked in long-term parking - easy to forget!
4. Your room may not be ready once you arrive at your destination so pack your necessities in your carry-on.
Fun Facts about Susan: her favorite cruise line is Norwegian; favorite resort spot is Negril, Jamacia; Best donut she ever had was at the Luxury Bahia Principe Ambar; Favorite beach is Riviera Maya; and she can find guacamole anywhere she goes! Susan's bucketlist includes - London, Paris, Hawaii, and Savannah.

We contacted Susan based on a co-workers referral. We explained we wanted something all inclusive and restful. Susan got back to us with in a day with a wonderful recommendation to Secrets Maroma. She was spot on we love it our best vacation ever! She took care of every question, concern, and detail. We drove up the night prior, flew out for our first ever out of the country. She gave us all the tips to make it thru the airport to our transport to the resort. Two days prior to leaving we asked her to do an upgrade for us and she got us an awesome price!
